Your Kubernetes manifests redeploy as-is on any conformant cluster, your managed databases are upstream PostgreSQL, MariaDB, Redis and Kafka, and your object storage speaks the S3 API. No application lock-in, so no rewrite to plan for if you leave. That is where the real cost of an exit lies, far more than in a transfer invoice.

No. High availability is included in the price, not sold as an option. Your volumes are replicated in three copies across three geographically distinct Swiss datacenters (Geneva, Gland, Lucerne).

If an entire site becomes unavailable, whether through outage or disaster, yourservices restart on the remaining copies. Public IPs fail over automatically between the three sites.

We guarantee that we hold enough spare capacity on the other two sites to restart in normal mode, not in degraded mode (GPUs excepted).
