A Swiss alternative to Google Cloud is not a subset of GCP: it is a different operator. Google is a US group: the CLOUD Act applies as it does for AWS and Azure, including with a European region. Hikube, operated by Hidora SA (Geneva), runs VMs, Kubernetes, object storage, backup, vault and VPC under Swiss law, with native replication across three datacenters (Geneva, Gland and Lucerne). GCP wins on global BigQuery and Google-scale Vertex. Hikube wins if data must not leave Switzerland and the operator must not be a US group.
We do not publish a vs-GCP table. GCE-like, GKE-like, GCS-like and GPUs in the 14-day trial can move. Not global BigQuery, not Google-scale Vertex. kubectl, Helm and GitOps stay. The US-group legal frame is the same as on Hikube vs AWS.
